Orders and Shipping
Generally, outfits are available for delivery in the below mentioned times. For more accurate turnaround time info or priority order service please contact customer service.
Expedite: 2 to 4 days
Normal: 7 to 10 days
These are only estimated time frames and may vary during seasonal workload and peak periods. Final delivery time will depend on the product you are buying. Please contact customer service for more information on delivery time frame before placing your order.
We use FedEx, DHL and Skynet to ship to virtually any address in the world between 2 – 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Generally, all orders are dispatched from our warehouse as per turnaround time mentioned in section 1 above except when there is a delay from the supplier. Arctic Outfits cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or delays from the supplier, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.
Once your parcel has been shipped, it is not possible to alter the shipping address. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please reach out to us within 48 hours of placing your order.
Yes you can track your parcel, to track the status of your order, you can visit the websites of our shipping partners, DHL and FedEx.

No, we do not charge sales tax.
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping; however, please note that we are unable to ship to Israel.
If you’ve ordered multiple leather jackets, we will do our best to ship them together in one package. However, please keep in mind that the availability and location of these jackets may affect whether they are shipped together or in separate packages. Rest assured, you will receive tracking information for each package to monitor their delivery.

Our first priority is our customer satisfaction without compromising over the quality and customer requirement regarding size, color, etc. However, mistakes do happen at Rljackets, we have a 30 days returns and exchange policy that starts the day our shipped item is received by our customer. It may vary during seasonal workload and peak periods.
f the product been delivered to you is a faulty piece, contact us at your earliest at Support@rljackets.com and file a proper complaint, we would highly appreciate it if you could send us a high-quality picture of the defective piece as well so that we can check out you meet the requirements for a refund or exchange policy.(Please note that before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement part of the dress and keep them in the record so that if any misfit case arises we first investigate it by checking measurements and order details from our library).
There is no refund for shipping and handling charges. Once delivered you have got 24 hours to inform us about the refund intention. Customer needs to send the parcel within 14 working days back to the given address through email. Once received we will take 7 working days to investigate the parcel and then the money will be refunded.
Please note that we will not refund shipping and handling charges.
The exchange of the product would only be possible if there is a damage in the product issues. The Intent for An Exchange Should Be Conveyed to The Management In 2 Working Days from The Time of The Delivery. For An Exchange A Buyer Has to Send Back the Parcel on The Given Address by The Management In 14 Working Days. arcticoutfits.com will prepare the exchange products and will send it back to the given address. arcticoutfits.com will not be responsible to pay any delivery charges.
This will be paid by the customer.
You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be deducted and you will get a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. If you would like to cancel an order after 24 hours then processing charges and admin charges for refund will apply. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 24 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be deducted from your payment.
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.

Yes, you can pre-order an item that is currently sold out. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve the item in advance, ensuring that you’ll receive it as soon as it becomes available. Simply follow the pre-order instructions on our website, and we’ll notify you once the item is back in stock and ready to be shipped to you.
